In the first of our 2024 webinars, meet Donald Graham, our PBS Practitioner. Donald works alongside the team to ensure our participants can develop a Positive Behavioural Support Plan and that this approach is embedded across our service. Where behavioural challenges may not be a factor, this approach has been blended to encompass Positive Support Plans, through which our participants are supported to develop their person centred profiles of support and future goals.
